Blackstone Resources holds Annual General Meeting

BAAR, Switzerland – (19 May 2021) – Blackstone Resources AG (SWX: BLS) held the Ordinary Annual General Meeting on May 19th, 2021 at 10.00a.m. at the company´s registered office: Blegistr. 5, 6340 Baar, Switzerland.

The quorum of 301 shareholders or 75.3% of all shares were present or represented.

During the Annual General Meeting the following proposals from the board were all approved by a large majority quorum:

1.Annual report 2020

The Annual Report 2020 was accepted by the AGM and can be accessed via the following link:

2. Financial statements 2020

The 2020 financial statements and the compensation report were accepted by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

3. Appropriation of profit and loss

The profit/loss was accepted to be carried forward.

4. Discharge

The Board of Directors was granted discharge.

5a. Election of the board

The following members were elected for one year:

  • Mr. Ulrich Ernst
  • Mr. Dr. Marc Weber
  • Mr. Mathi Alagan

5b. Election of the president to the board

The following member of the Board of Directors was elected as Chairman for one year:

  • Mr. Ulrich Ernst

5c. Election of the compensation committee

The following members were elected for one year:

  • Mr. Ulrich Ernst
  • Mr. Dr. Marc Weber
  • Mr. Marco Dazzi

5d. Election of the Auditor

The auditor Moore Stephens was elected for a further year.

5e. Independent proxy

Dr. Oliver Habke was elected as an independent proxy for a further year.

6. Articles of Association

The renewal of the previously established Article 3a. authorised capital and Article 3b. conditional capital of the Articles of Association by two years were accepted.
