In the past, he had already worked in various financial positions in a management capacity for Atos AG, CSC Switzerland GmbH, Cablecom GmbH and Siemens AG.

Mr. Hingst managed his own finance house focusing on international investments before becoming founder of German Engineering S.A.C. in Peru in 2011. He has been COO of Blackstone Reosurces AG since April 2014, and CEO of Blackstone Technology GmbH in Döbeln, Germany, since June 2022.

Blackstone Technology Holding AG carries out the operational business of the battery division. This includes production, research and development of 3D printing technology. She is responsible for the expansion into the USA with the support of the investors and financial partners there.
Our subsidiary, Blackstone Technology GmbH, also belongs to Blackstone Technology Holding AG. It produces sustainable and environmentally friendly lithium battery cells using the revolutionary 3D printing process. At its location in Döbeln, Saxony, it benefits from first-class infrastructure and proximity to many large vehicle and engine plants.

Henrik (Hank) Bonutti is a mechanical engineer/MBA with a 48 year career focused on the automotive idnustry. He has worked successfully in many different capacities ranging from sales and marketing to product development to manufacturing to R&D. And he is helped a number of international companies over the years ranging from ThyssenKrupp in Geramny to Mahindra in India. In recent years, he has worked heavily in the areas of vehicle lightweighting and EV powertrain development, in particular between 2007 to 2010 when he helped Tesla develop and then launch the Tesla Roadster, as well as his specification of the aluminum materials and technologies used in the Tesla Model S bdy structurte and assembly processes. Hank’s exensive esperience with many different materials and cutting edge manufacturing processes will add to the solutions and processes available to Blackstone in their development efforts.

Later he successfully ran his own financial house with a focus on alternative investments, especially in the area of gold and silver. Since 2014, he has been a member of the management of Blackstone Resources AG as well as German Engineering S.A.C. in Peru as CEO.
