On March 30th, 2022 we were able to receive the reporters of the Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR) in Döbeln, Saxony. When we presented our innovative battery technologies to the journalists, they were impressed – and recognized them as a “revolution in the manufacture of electric batteries”. The 3D screen printing process developed by Blackstone saves energy and allows maximum flexibility in terms of shape. It also offers crucial potential for a sustainable energy transition. Because it is also suitable for the production of sodium-ion batteries, which have many technical and environmental advantages. This includes doing without critical raw materials and an even greater energy density. The Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection also praised Blackstone and its contribution to Saxony as a business location.
