Dr. rer. nat Frank Fink

Dr. rer. nat Franz Fink is the former CEO of Maxwell Technologies - a company that was acquired by Tesla in 2019 for US$ 218 million. Maxwell Technologies successfully developed a thick layer technology, super condensators and manufacturers batteries for renewable energy storage, electric vehicles and consumer electronics. He has extensive experience building high-performance global teams and has rapidly transformed a growing business and added significant shareholder value.

Dr. Ing. Ulrich Ehmes

Dr. Ing. Ulrich Ehmes was the CEO/COO of Leclanché SA, a Swiss lithium-ion battery manufacturer and was CTO of TerraE. He has extensive experience in setting-up the infrastructure for producing lithium-ion battery cells on a mass scale.

Dr. Prof. Ing. Arno Kwade

Prof. Dr. Ing. Arno Kwade is a well known University professor at the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany, since 2005. He is the Head of the Institute for Mechanische Verfahrenstechnik (IMVT) and is leading the Institute of Particle Technology (iPAT). They do research and have extensive experience in the behaviour of particles and powders in the submicron and nanometre range. Prof. Kwade has for many years developed important applications for the design and manufacturing of electrodes used within lithium-ion battery cells..

Jason Bontempo

Mr Bontempo has worked in investment banking and corporate advisory since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1997. Mr Bontempo has worked for investment banks in Australia and the UK and has been closely involved with the advising and financing of companies in the resources industry, specialising in asset sales and AIM | ASX listings.

Marco Dazzi

Marco Dazzi holds an MBA from Graduate School of Business Administration Zurich. He has several years of experience in logistics, banking, treasury, taxes, accouting and working in CFO positions. He held various management positions at Lufin Partners AG, Panalpina (in North America and Asia), JCL AG and UBS (in North America and Switzerland).

Dr. Marc Weber

Marc Weber is a partner at LANTER Attorneys & Tax Advisors in Zurich. As a lawyer for corporate and international business law, he has been counselling Swiss and foreign companies for more than 15 years. Dr. Weber studied law at the University of Zurich (lic. iur. 1996 and Dr. iur. 2001) and at the University of California at Berkeley Law School (LL.M. 2005).

Periasamy Mathialagan, LLB (Hons). MBA, After achieving a bachelor at law degree in 1989 at the University of London, he got the degree of barrister 1992. He finished the MBA studies at the Nottingham Trent University in 1997. Since then he was working as legal and commercial consultant with various companies specialised in international trade. Since 2019 he is consultant to Blackstone Resources.

Trent Mell

Mr Mell is a mining executive and capital markets professional with extensive international transactional experience acquired through more than 200 transactions, including M&A and over $2.6 billion in equity and debt financings. After a career as a Bay Street lawyer, Trent worked for both global producers and junior miners. Trent Mell is currently the President and CEO of First Cobalt. He has a B.A., a B.C.L. & LL.B from McGill University, as well as an MBA from Northwestern University & Schulich School of Business, and an LL.M from Osgoode Hall.
